LaGrange County Regional Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
**THERE WILL BE A $10 FEE FOR ANY ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS THAT ARE RETURNED, REJECTED, DECLINED OR CHARGED BACK.**
The worry-free way to pay your wastewater and water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your selected form of payment and credited to your utility account. There is no fee if you use ACH/EFT for auto pay. If you use a credit card for auto pay there is a 3% fee. To set up Auto Pay, simply follow the Pay My Bill Link, register, and follow the prompts to enroll. If you need assistance, you can contact our District office and we will be happy to assist you.
Online Bill Payment
You may pay your bill online through our provider, Invoice Cloud. You may pay your bill 24/7. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts. Fees may apply.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment early enough to allow ample time for the US Postal Service to deliver your payment by your due date. The District does not recognize the postmark date as the payment date. Payments are posted the date they are received in our office.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, or credit/debit cards (see credit/debit card info below). We also have a payment drop box to the East of the District office entrance. Please do not leave cash in the payment drop box. Envelopes are provided at the drop box.
Payment by Phone
You can pay your bill over the phone by calling 855-516-3680. You will need your account number. Fees may apply.
Payment Through Your Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please include your account number with your payment. Please consult with your bank for more information.
