More payment options at your fingertips!

LaGrange County Regional Utility District invites you to try our online billing and payment service through Invoice Cloud.  

The easy to use payment portal provides customers with several options to pay their bill, including pay by phone, pay by text, or pay online using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and echeck.

Invoice Cloud also processes the district’s AutoPay service.

This feature is still a free service to the district’s customers who use ACH/EFT (Checking/Savings Account # and Routing #). 

If you choose to use AutoPay with a DEBIT CARD or CREDIT CARD there is a 3% fee.

You can now enroll online or contact our office for assistance.  All AutoPay customers’ payments would be processed on the 20^th of each month, or the next business day.

Some of the features we are excited about, and have been highly requested by our customers include:

• Quick access to their account to view bills and check your balance.
• You can go paperless and get your bills via email.
• You can schedule recurring payments.
• You are able to receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending, and confirmation after making a payment.

Please note that any returned/rejected ACH payments will be subject to a $10 fee.

Of course, you are still always welcome to stop in our office located at 2575 N SR 9, LaGrange, IN and make your payment in person, or use our dropbox.
