More payment options at your fingertips!

LaGrange County Regional Utility District is pleased to announce that on January 3, 2023, we launched our new online billing and payment service through Invoice Cloud.  

The new, easy to use payment portal provides customers with more choices to pay their bill, including pay by phone, pay by text, or pay online using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and echeck.

Invoice Cloud will also be processing the district’s AutoPay option. This feature is still a free service to the district’s customers who us ACH/EFT.  If you choose to use auto pay with a credit card there is a 3% fee. You can now enroll online or contact our office to for assistance.  All AutoPay customers’ payments would be processed on the 20^th of each month, or the next business day.

Some of the features we are excited about, and have been highly requested by our customers include:

• Quick access to their account to view bills and check your balance.
• You can go paperless and get your bills via email.
• You can schedule recurring payments.
• You are able to receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending, and confirmation after making a payment.

Of course, you are still always welcome to stop in our office located at 2575 N SR 9, LaGrange, IN and make your payment in person, or use our dropbox.
