NOTICE OF HEARING
The Board of Trustees of the LaGrange County Regional Utility District (“District”) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday November 18, 2025, at 3:00 pm at 2575 N SR 9 LaGrange, IN (enter the building down the ramp in the back). The purpose of the hearing is to hear and receive comments on a proposed rate increase to the Region D Collection Area and the Fawn River Crossing Water Service Area as well as administrative adjustments to all Collection Area Rates and Charges. The proposed rates are shown below. All users of the District sewer works and owners of property served or to be served and other interested shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rates and charges.

Late Payment - Non-payment within twenty-three (23) days from the billing date will be subject to a penalty |

||||||||||

and there will be no Tap fee. |
